A Lutheran minister in Newtown, Connecticut has apologized to his congregation for his participation in an interfaith service after the terrible shooting that killed 20 students at Sandy Hook Elementary School last year.  He said his appearance at the event was an implied endorsement of false teachings, because everyone knows the Lutheran Church offers the only true path to salvation.
